In cooperation with ADHOC, EU ASAC has produced 22 large signboards which are placed on busy sections of road across Cambodia. The signboards remind people passing that weapons possession is illegal and that all weapons should be handed in to the competent authorities.

Public awareness signboard erected in Snuol District, Kratie province during the Weapons for Development pilot project during 2001. The message emphasises the existence of a weapons amnesty and assurances that weapons collected will be destroyed.

The Peace Monument in Phnom Penh constructed from melted down weapons destroyed during the first weapons destruction ceremony in Cambodia in 1999.
